Usually it's either PvP or PvE, and i think having on for each would be better, then on the PvP weekends there can be temporary skill updates and other changes like...

-VoD at 15 mins (idea)
-Casters instead of Archer NPC's in base
-Core Skill only Tournements and all that jazz
and other ideas?

I think we should have a thread to give out weekend event suggestions, its a great concept but it looks like anet is running out of ideas, triple dye drop or repeating older events are just not worth it.

how about a 2 elite skills on bar weekend?

how bout a return to tombs weekend, so instead of fighting the zaishen you have to hold off all thoses enemies like you used to have to. that would be fun.

or also a holiday attack weekend to where when doing heros ascent there is a chance to get into a holiday arena, like dragon arena, or snowball arena, that would be funny as hell.

or an even funnier one would be mega char weekend, all proffs can use any skill from any prof and all attributes are set to 12. and there can be more than one elite on your bar. boy there would be mayhem there.

Tenshi's last suggestion sounds like fun

But running some weekends so that there is a PvP side and a PvE side occasionally will be nice, so that when there's double fame or whatever in HA or double faction in PvP etc, there's something for PvE people to do, that's fun and enjoyable, and doesn't lead to PvP complaining about an influx of "noobs" or whatever as happens
